PRP

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

Rehabilitation that happens where life happens — at home, in the community, and on your terms.

Program overview

What this program is — and who it's for

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) helps adults living with mental illness develop the practical skills needed to live, learn, work, and socialize as independently as possible. It is not therapy — it is hands-on coaching applied to real situations.

A rehabilitation specialist meets with each participant regularly, on-site or in the community, working through an Individual Rehabilitation Plan built around the participant's own goals: keeping an apartment, returning to school, holding a job, rebuilding family relationships.

PRP works alongside — not instead of — clinical treatment. Participants remain connected to their therapist and prescriber while the PRP team focuses on function and daily living.

  • Adults with a qualifying mental health diagnosis and functional impairment
  • Individuals who are clinically stable but struggling with day-to-day functioning
